Cleaning in operation EGR, DPF, Catalyzer
These components on the exhaust path are cleaned during operation only if the path of burned gases is not completely clogged.
SI - spark ignition engines (petrol, LPG)
• Mainly urban traffic
• Low engine speed driving (overload)
• Gasoline or LPG with various composition
• Unburned or partially burned particles are formed
• The particles adhere to the metal surfaces of the catalyzer and the entire evacuation
• Gradually, the deposits accumulate and some of them will turn into calamine, until the passage is clogged
• Engine does not pull enough
• Hard to rise the engine speed under load
• Problems with overtakings and slope climbs
• Increase fuel consumption

• Prevents the formation and/or reformation of unburned particles
• Cleans existing deposits
• Keeps the catalyst, particulate filter, EGR and muffler clean
CI - (diesel)
• Mainly urban traffic
• Low engine speed driving (overload)
• Diesel fuel with various composition
• Unburned or partially burned particles are formed
• Particles adhere to the metal surfaces of the catalyst, DPF, EGR and the entire evacuation
• Gradually, deposits accumulate until the passage is clogged
• Gradual clogging of passages
• Denser smoke at the evacuation
• The engine seems “tired”

• Prevents the formation and/or reformation of unburned particles
• Cleans existing deposits
• Keeps the catalyst, particulate filter, EGR and muffler clean
